Terms and Conditions of CISL Computer Education
1. Enrollment and Admission
Students must complete the enrollment form and pay the required fees to secure a place in the course.
Admission is subject to availability and the discretion of the center's administration.
2. Course Fees
All course fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Payment plans may be available upon request and approval by the center's administration.
Late payment of fees may result in a suspension of services until the outstanding balance is settled.
3. Attendance
Regular attendance is required for successful completion of the course.
Students who miss more than 20% of the scheduled classes may be required to re-enroll and pay the full course fee.
4. Code of Conduct
Students are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner at all times.
Harassment, bullying, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in dismissal from the course.
5. Use of Facilities
Students are permitted to use the center's facilities during scheduled class times only.
Misuse of equipment or facilities may result in a ban from using such facilities.
6. Intellectual Property
All course materials provided by the center are protected by copyright laws and are for the student's personal use only.
Students may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any course materials without prior written consent.
7. Data Protection
The center will collect and use personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Students' data will be used solely for the purpose of course administration and communication.
8. Liability
The center is not liable for any loss or damage to personal property brought onto the premises.
The center is not responsible for any personal injury unless caused by the center's negligence.
9. Governing Law
